Vision is important at all stages of life.

Launceston Mobile Optometry makes eye care more accessible to those who find it difficult to attend a conventional optometry practice, particularly those living in nursing homes with limited mobility.

Regular eye health checks help to avoid preventable vision loss, and address treatable vision loss.

This is particularly important for those with diseases like diabetes and hypertension, and eye conditions like macular degeneration and glaucoma.

Poor vision increases your risk of falls. It can also contribute to depression, and detracts from your ability to enjoy life.

Keeping your glasses prescription up to date ensures you are seeing as well as possible and allows you to continue enjoying doing the things you love.
